Paul Eichholz, MSJ joined Bell on August 5, 2024, as the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Compliance. With over 24 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations within the pharmaceutical industry, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in building and optimizing quality systems and operations. He holds a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Compliance Law from Seton Hall Law School. Known for his strategic leadership and hands-on approach, Paul has a proven track record of leading facility start-ups, executing FDA remediation activities, and driving sustainable quality improvements. Throughout his career, Paul has delivered significant cost savings, enhanced operational efficiencies, and established robust quality systems, making him a trusted leader in the field.
