Geoff Van der Linden joined Bell International in April of 2025 as Manufacturing and Operations Manager. Geoff has twenty years of plant and Operations management experience in a variety of industries, with eight years of direct cosmetic/OTC manufacturing management experience. Geoff is responsible for all Operations functions at Bell, including the compounding, production, sanitation, planning, maintenance, engineering, and warehouse/logistics value streams.
Geoff has a strong history of building teams, streamlining processes, and developing new leaders while teaching his teams to never settle for second best. He’s passionate about the cosmetics and OTC industry and loves contributing to the success of his customers, both internal and external.
