Dane Werner joined Bell on November 29. 2021 and has served as Quality Control Microbiologist, Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor, and now currently as Quality Control Manager overseeing Bell’s QC, Analytical, and Microbiological Laboratories. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota, and prior to Bell, Dane worked for 3M Food Safety Division where he supported product development and quality assurance for allergen, rapid, and environmental monitoring testing products.
Throughout his career, Dane has utilized scientific techniques and approaches to consistently evaluate and ensure product efficacy and safety, while meeting both regulatory requirements and business needs. Dane has a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in Quality Management Systems through FDA remediation efforts and combines his scientific expertise and operational knowledge to support Bell’s continued growth as an industry leader.
