As the Human Resources Director, Natasa Saremi takes care of what makes Bell great: its people. Since 2009, she has implemented and developed strategies to support Bell’s mission, vision, and objectives. She manages compensation and benefits, system and payrolls, corporate recruiting, learning and development programs, and performance and talent management. Prior to joining Bell, she held numerous roles at ING, Wells Fargo, and Capella University. Natasa is a member of Society for Human Resource Management and Twin Cities Human Resource Association.
Natasa holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree, both from Hamline University. In addition, she also holds a graduate certificate in Human Resources from Capella University.
