An expert in the business of science and manufacturing, Mo is an executive with a scientific background. His business acumen has helped Bell cater to client needs very efficiently, and his knowledge has helped Bell innovate the Health and Beauty Industry via unique formulations. With 25 years of experience in the industry, Mo has consistently proven that Bell can create your custom formulas and meet your deadline.
Mo holds a Master’s of Arts in Analytical Chemistry from the Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Master’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. William Christopfel
Executive Director of Scientific Affairs
Behind every eminent executive in this industry is a PhD with multiple degrees. Dr. William Christopfel or “Dr. Chris,” as he’s known in the lab is Bell’s resident chemistry expert. Dr. Chris has helped Bell create innovations with new formulas in the Health and Beauty Industry for over 20 years. His dedication to the field of chemistry has placed Dr. Chris ahead of the next generation of chemists as a Professor at several major universities.
Dr. Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Cincinnati and a PhD from the University of Illinois.
VP of Sales & Business Development
Prior to joining Bell, Robert held customer marketing, sales and business development positions in the personal care industry with Unilever & Revlon where he managed a diverse product assortment and customer base. He has over 20 years of experience working with customers to develop their product assortments and over achieving their performance expectations. His understanding of both brand development and production is an asset to many of our customers.
A native of Boston Massachusetts, Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
Terry helps ensure that Bell Labs runs smoothly. He’s responsible for all Manufacturing Compounding and Distribution operations as well as Manufacturing support functions: Engineering, Planning and Maintenance. With an overall experience of 25 years in the industry, Terry knows manufacturing. Terry graduated from St Thomas College. He has been with Bell for over 15 years in numerous roles in operations/sales/manufacturing.
Engineering and Maintenance Manager
Kurt directs and coordinates activities of our employees engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of Bell Labs. Kurt has a degree in Fluid Power Technology from Hennepin Technical College and Service Technician degree for construction equipment from John Deere University. He has been with Bell for over 9 years. Prior to it he held numerous Maintenance and Engineering Manager positions.
As the Human Resources Director, Natasa Saremi takes care of what makes Bell great: its people. Since 2009, she has implemented and developed strategies to support Bell’s mission, vision, and objectives. She manages compensation and benefits, system and payrolls, corporate recruiting, learning and development programs, performance and talent management. Prior to joining Bell, she held numerous roles at ING, Wells Fargo and Capella University. Natasa is a member of Society for Human Resource Management and Twin Cities Human Resource Association.
Natasa holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree both from Hamline University. In addition, she also holds and a graduate certificate in Human Resources from Capella University.
With a degree in Chemistry and many hours spent on research in the laboratory, Jo Duffy knows exactly how to implement your product ideas and create custom formulas. She is an accomplished Senior Formulation Chemist with over 18 years of experience in formulating cosmetic products. With her expertise in the Industry, Jo knows what it takes to bring your product from conception to execution, including the quality and stability testing requirements that need to be met. During her time with Bell, she has created countless formulas to that have brought significant innovations in the Health and Beauty Industry.
Jo has designed formulations for numerous clients that have received both national and international awards, including the Global Beauty Award and the Best Sunscreen for Face Award.
QC and Regulatory Manager, Microbiologist
Elizabeth Sherman is responsible for the quality of your product and its compliance with current regulations. With 14 years of experience in contract manufacturing Quality Control, Microbiology, and Regulatory services, she will make certain that any product that has gone through her hands is thoroughly tested, and re-tested, and ready for production.
Elizabeth attended St. Olaf College and has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Biology.
Compounding Formula Manager
Izya Krampf, as the Head of the Department, monitors and ensures your product’s quality as it compounds in one of our many small or large vats on the production floor. Izya has served as a Compounding Manager for over 25 years, and meticulously monitors products to make certain that they’re designed to meet specifications.
Izya’s experiences range from QC Manager and Formulation Manager to Compounding Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Belarus State University in Minsk, Belarus.
